Job DetailsThis position will report directly to the Director of Operations and play a key role in Business Administration of Service Now and also provide direct support to the Director on ad hoc projects and in day to day operations. We are looking for an all-around Administrative operations superstar. A true Business Analyst not a technical Service Now resource.
Skills And Experience We Are Seeking
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager, or a similar type of role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Health Administration or Office Management.
- Experience or familiarity with the ServiceNow report writing tool.
- Experience or familiarity using and supporting ServiceNow.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience with creating and maintaining department templates
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and document findings.
- Excellent analytic, problem solving and coaching skills, with the ability to take a thoughtful driven approach to addressing each assignment.
- Someone who is self-motivated and will jump in and do the work.
- Experience with general departmental SharePoint site content maintenance
- Particularly strong Excel user, including experience with integrating date from multiple sources, data analysis, usage of advanced Excel functions.
- Healthcare, hospital/health system work experience
