Overseeing and managing all operational and financial aspects of property management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Developing and implementing property management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
Managing the arboreal aspects of our properties, ensuring the health and vitality of our trees and green spaces.
Conduct regular property inspections and audits to assess the condition of properties and identify any necessary repairs or maintenance.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Leading and managing a team of property management professionals, providing coaching and development to drive performance and productivity.
Negotiating and managing contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure the best value for money.
Managing risk and implementing strategies to mitigate potential property-related issues.
Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure competitive positioning.
QualificationsThe successful candidate will have
A Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a specific focus on arboreal management.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving performance and productivity.
Strong negotiation skills, with experience in contract management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors.
A thorough understanding of property management legislation and standards.
A proactive approach to risk management, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential property-related issues.
