A Bit About UsWe are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in our La Porte, IN facility.
Why join us?
- This is a permanent, full-time position, where you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance on our state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. It's a Monday-Friday shift, from 6am-230pm.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all production and operating equipment. This includes but is not limited to, motors, conveyors, mechanical systems, and manufacturing machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure that machinery and equipment are safe and operational, contributing to the overall efficiency of the manufacturing process.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a Maintenance Technician or similar role (we would consider entry-level also)
- Proficient in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance.
- Proven experience in factory
