We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in a hybrid/remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial insurance and account management, with a strong emphasis on business insurance. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to our team's success and help shape the future of our organization.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your core responsibilities will include but are not limited to
- Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective Customer Relationship Management.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Conducting strategic planning to improve client results.
- Utilizing your product knowledge to educate clients on insurance options and the benefits of each product.
- Resolving complex client issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
