Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of project from inception to completion.
- Facilitate and manage communication between all stakeholders including owners, architects, contractors, and engineers.
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure project design and execution align with client expectations and building codes.
- Apply your knowledge of building codes to ensure all projects are compliant.
- Manage the construction process, including the selection of construction methods, coordination of subcontractors, procurement of materials, and scheduling of work.
- Oversee restaurant construction and remodeling projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, schedules, budgets, and invoices.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, specifically with restaurant construction and remodel projects.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Thorough understanding of building codes and construction management processes.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with owners, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Professional certifications in Project Management, Architecture, or Construction Management are a plus.
