As an Assistant Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include
- Assisting the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects within the given deadlines and budget.
- Coordinating and managing project tasks and deliverables by working closely with the project team.
- Utilizing project management tools such as Procore and Bluebeam to monitor project progress, manage resources, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ensuring that all project activities comply with company and industry standards and regulations.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in construction and general contracting.
- Proficiency in project management software, specifically Procore and Bluebeam.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Procore or Bluebeam
