Job Details

• Handle price calculation and reporting for programs like the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program and the 340B Drug Discount Program.
• Manage average sales price reporting under Medicare Part B.
• Oversee price reporting and contracting with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
• Navigate drug discounting requirements under various programs, including the Inflation Reduction Act Medicare inflation rebate programs, maximum fair price negotiation program, and Part D manufacturer discount program.

Needed:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the DC bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law

You should know some of the following:

• Government discount programs and price reporting.
• Proficiency in handling price calculation and reporting for programs such as the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program and the 340B Drug Discount Program.
• Demonstrated expertise in average sales price reporting under Medicare Part B.
• Experience in price reporting and contracting with the Department of Veterans Affairs, FDA, USDA, etc
• Thorough understanding of drug discounting requirements under various programs, including the Inflation Reduction Act Medicare inflation rebate programs, maximum fair price negotiation program, and Part D manufacturer discount program.
• Knowledge of FDA and other regulatory issues affecting the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
