Job Details

What Will You Do?

• Design, develop, and implement automated systems for warehouse operations.
• Create detailed engineering plans, process flow diagrams, and system layouts.
• Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for automated systems.
• Manage the installation, commissioning, and testing of automated systems.
• Ensure integration of automated systems with existing warehouse management software and other IT systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automated systems.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation needs and solutions.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to source the best automation equipment and solutions.
• Train warehouse staff on the operation and maintenance of automated equipment.
• Document all automation processes, procedures, and changes for future reference and compliance purposes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards in all automated processes.
• Conduct regular audits of systems and documentation to ensure adherence to standards
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to align automation projects with overall warehouse goals.
• Stay updated on the latest automation technologies and trends to continuously improve warehouse processes.
• Continuously seek feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance system performance and efficiency.
