Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and streamlining billing and collections processes.
- Month-end closing of the billing group information.
- Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes.
- Assisting with the implementation of a new billing system.
- Special billing projects as requested.
- Reviewing and updating client contracts, rates, and changes.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
- Resolving complex billing issues and customer complaints.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
- 3 years of experience as a Billing Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of billing procedures and best practices.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is preferred.
