Type: On-site and travelling to off-site work locations (work vehicle provided during travel time)

Job Details
We are seeking a Branch Supervisor to lead our team of technicians and ensure efficient and high-quality service.
Position Purpose:
Ensure timely and quality completion of routes, pick-ups, deliveries, and fence installations/removals by managing Service, Fence, and Yard Technicians.
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Branch Manager and dispatch for timely and profitable work completion
• Ensure team members are punctual and complete their assignments on schedule
• Conduct quality checks and follow up on service issues
• Inspect and maintain vehicles
• Communicate with management for vehicle maintenance
• Assist with daily operations and cover routes if needed
• Transport equipment between branches
• Handle employee reviews and corrective actions
• Train technicians on equipment servicing, technology use, payroll, and procedures
• Maintain a positive and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Prior Management/Supervisory experience
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Detail-oriented with decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Capable of managing large tasks and prioritizing projects
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• AMCS/Tower & Lytx experience preferred but not required
