We are seeking a dynamic and experienced property management professional with strong relationships in the commercial real estate industry.
This role is an exciting opportunity to use your skills in commercial real estate, property management and relationship building to drive growth and profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities with property management companies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to meet business goals. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with commercial real estate companies
  • Attend industry events (BOMA, ) and conferences to network, promote the company, and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and potential partners.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve or exceed set targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Utilize knowledge of commercial real estate property management to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate and property management
  • Proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Outgoing personality with strong relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry leaders.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel as required (local atlanta)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
