- Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial team.

- Collaborate with the board of directors to develop strategic plans and make high-quality investing decisions to meet the company’s financial goals.
- Implement rigorous and continuous business and operational improvement processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.
- Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of senior leadership experience in the manufacturing and energy industry.
- Proven experience in developing strategic and business plans.
- Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance.
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental policies in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience with business turnaround, operational consulting, multi-level team management, business strategies, financial analysis, project reviews, audits, hedging programs, employee training programs, performance improvement, business development, costing, pricing, and quality improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to drive the strategic direction and vision of the company.
