Job DetailsResponsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, driving growth and profitability while ensuring alignment with our core values and mission.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that will ensure the company's sustainability and growth.
  • Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
  • Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial team.
  • Oversee financial performance, investments, and other business ventures.
  • Collaborate with the board of directors to develop strategic plans and make high-quality investing decisions to meet the company’s financial goals.
  • Implement rigorous and continuous business and operational improvement processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.
  • Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
  • Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of senior leadership experience in the manufacturing and energy industry.
  • Proven experience in developing strategic and business plans.
  • Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance.
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental policies in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience with business turnaround, operational consulting, multi-level team management, business strategies, financial analysis, project reviews, audits, hedging programs, employee training programs, performance improvement, business development, costing, pricing, and quality improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the strategic direction and vision of the company.
