We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and dedicated individual to fill the role of a Client Service Associate. ResponsibilitiesAs a Client Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include
- Managing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Providing comprehensive financial management services to clients, including financial planning, investment management, and retirement planning.
- Assisting clients in understanding and achieving their financial goals.
- Collaborating with team members to develop and implement client service strategies.
- Handling client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Conducting regular client meetings to review financial plans, investments, and financial goals.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
- Participating in business development activities to attract new clients and grow the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and providing exceptional client service.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment management, and retirement planning.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute positively to the team dynamics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification such as CFP, CFA, or CPA is a plus.
