Job Details

Duties :

  • Reviews RFPs, prepares detailed cost estimates and ROMs for commercial and multi-family construction projects, including scaling of quantities, schedule of items, calculation of quantities, pricing, and preliminaries.
  • Develops the basis of estimate at a level of detail appropriate to the size and complexity of the project.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field experience.
  • 3 years full-time commercial and / or multi-family self-performing construction estimating for projects $1M - $20M.
  • 5 years negotiating pricing, scopes, materials, etc.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel.
  • Bluebeam (or equal) experience preferred.
