Job Details
Responsibilities:

• Bidding/Budgeting:

Evaluate and bid on potential new projects.
Conduct budgeting activities for project initiatives.

• Contract Management:

Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Compliance and Regulations:

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and construction codes.

• Construction Schedules:

Develop and maintain up-to-date construction schedules.

• Team Leadership:

Lead the project team, including project assistants, superintendents, field staff, and subcontractors.

• Client Expectations:

Meet or exceed all client expectations.

• Communication:

Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

• Internal Procedures:

Manage compliance with all internal standard operating procedures.

• Customer Requirements:

Ensure compliance with customer requirements.

• Financial Management:

Manage project financials, including contracts, billings, and expenses.

• Other Requirements:

Fulfill additional requirements as directed or needed.
Qualifications:

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
• Proven leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in computer systems, encompassing MS Office products
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Expertise in contract negotiation.
• Efficient management of delegated tasks.
• Proficiency in schedule development and management.
• Capability to read plans and specifications.
• Adept in budget management and expense control.
• Sound knowledge of building codes and best practices.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards.
