Bachelors' Degree and 10 years of experience in construction management or related discipline
Experience with ground up, mid and high rise buildings minimum $50M projects
Experience with construction related software including MS Suite, Primavera, Procore, Bluebeam etc
Experience working with owners, architects, field team and subcontractors
Responsible for project budget, schedule, and overall delivery
