Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

We are currently seeking experienced "traveling" Superintendents. - Traveling throughout Texas.
Commercial construction experience is required and a positive, innovative, teamwork attitude is a must. Only qualified candidates in the commercial construction industry will be considered.
You must possess the following:
- Ability to read and understand construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect and contractor.
- Clear understanding of commercial construction means and methods.
- Strong communication skills & leadership ability.
- Must be computer literate, preferring experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and other construction related software.
- Construction degree a plus.

Qualifications:
- Strong portfolio of completed commercial construction industry projects
- 5 years experience in Construction (preferred) with a minimum 5 years overall experience
