Job Details

• Plans, organizes, and directs all aspects of human resources management
• Directs hospital recruitment and retention program to ensure availability of appropriate staffing resources
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations when setting and applying policies and procedures.
• Responsible for oversight of all HR office operations
• This is a working director role and can be heavily administrative
• Oversees activity pertaining to benefits, recruitment, retention, worker's compensation, staffing and wages, and employee relations. Hands on/collaborative role.
• Acts as a liaison between Corporate HR and hospital management
• This role will report to the CEO
