A Bit About UsOur client is a physician-based infusion practice specializing in the provision of infusion therapies including biological medications, intravenous immunoglobulin, blood products, and antibiotic therapy. Other services include medication injections and IV Hydration. Their highly skilled clinical team focuses solely on personalized injection and infusion treatment plans.
This is a fast-growing infusion company who has recently merged with a well-established and reputable Specialty and Infusion pharmacy with a nationwide presence. As they continue to grow, they are in need of an experienced Operations professional with expertise in the physician-based or outpatient infusion suite business model to help take their business to the next level!
They are headquartered in Irvine, CA and would prefer this person to be in the office twice per week.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the infusion suites throughout SoCal, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations as well as organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement strategic plans for the infusion suite, aligning with the overall goals of the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided in the infusion suite, implementing continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
- Manage the infusion suite budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and financial sustainability.
- Provide leadership and direction to the infusion suite team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in infusion therapy and outpatient infusion services, implementing best practices in the infusion suite.
- Strong knowledge of infusion center operations and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving positive results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
