Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Help with bank statement reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Participate in the monthly and annual closing processes.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data.
- Utilize accounting software to record, store, and analyze information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates a strong desire to learn and ask insightful questions.
- Adaptable and open to constructive feedback.
