Job Details
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Extrusion Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team.
As a leading player in the industry, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about manufacturing and has a proven track record of operating extrusion machinery.
Responsibilities :
- Set up and adjust machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Monitor the production process to identify and resolve any issues or defects that may arise.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and make necessary adjustments as required.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure its optimal functioning.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports for future reference.
- Continuously improve and optimize the extrusion process to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Extrusion Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience operating extrusion machinery and performing machine setups and adjustments.
- Strong understanding of extrusion processes and equipment, including print capabilities.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
