- Seeking a Facility Operations Manager to ensure all building facilities are safe and compliant with ADA, OSHA & AAAHC
- Manage the ongoing certifications & accreditations for each building
- Routine inspections, correspondence with contractors, maintenance planning, and maintain records
- Ensure security such as building access, surveillance & data privacy
- 5 or more years related experience in facilities management
- Certification in Facilities Management (CFM) preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and other systems
