We are representing a multi-practice law firm based in West Chester, PA that is seeking an experienced Attorney to join their Family Law division!

- Conduct client consultations via phone and in person, then draft/send engagement letters, and onboard new clients;
- Provide representation for clients in family law matters (i.e. divorce, equitable distribution, support, custody, Protection from Abuse actions, adoptions, etc.);
- Attend and maintain a steady schedule of hearings, court appearances and conferences;
- Represent clients during trials and other court proceedings;
- Draft necessary legal documents (i.e. pleadings, settlement agreements, proposed orders, etc.);
- Update clients regularly on their case status; and
- Prepare clients’ cases to include discovery needs as well as coordinating cases with court personnel, witnesses and experts.
- J.D. and bar admission in Pennsylvania (New Jersey or Delaware, a plus)
- Family law experienced required
