Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Expert Bookkeeper with specialized experience in family office accounting or public accounting to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting operations, and providing invaluable support to our clients and team members.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, implement best practices, and enhance efficiency within the organization.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including financial advisors, investment managers, and estate planners, to provide integrated financial solutions and support holistic wealth management strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in a family office environment or public accounting firm.
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles and familiarity with tax regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive financial information.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Experience working with high net worth individuals and families.
  • Knowledge of investment accounting principles and practices.
