We are seeking a talented Fund Associate to join our team, you will be responsible for managing and administering various cryptocurrency funds. You will be working closely with our Fund Operations team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of Net Asset Values (NAV) and other financial data. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating financial statements and spreadsheets in Excel.
Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer cryptocurrency funds
• Work closely with Fund Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of Net Asset Values (NAV) and other financial data
• Maintain and update financial models and spreadsheets in Excel
• Assist in the preparation and review of regulatory filings such as SEC Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K and ADV
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Participate in meetings with clients and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure seamless operations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2 years of experience in Fund Administration or Fund Accounting
• Proficient in Excel and other financial modeling tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and related technologies
• Hedge Fund Experience
