Job Details
We are seeking a qualified, outgoing individual for the position of Generator Field Service Technician.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of diesel and natural gas engines, generators, and automatic transfer switches.
- Conduct field service visits to customer sites to diagnose and resolve generator issues.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and meets industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of service performed and parts used.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- 10 years of technical experience in power generation or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with diesel and/or natural gas engines, generators, and automatic transfer switches.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions and environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
