As an HR Generalist in our thriving Manufacturing industry, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. This position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your expertise in Human Resources will be utilized to its fullest extent. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions including training & development, compensation & benefits, benefits administration, and biweekly payroll. Proficiency in HRIS systems is a must, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable. This is a permanent role requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are in line with industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Execute training and development programs, ensuring all employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, conducting regular market research to ensure competitiveness and equity within the organization.
  • Administer employee benefits, ensuring all employees understand their entitlements and any changes are communicated effectively.
  • Manage biweekly payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Utilize HRIS systems for data entry, reporting, and record keeping.
  • Provide guidance and advice to management and staff on HR-related matters, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Work closely with management to identify HR issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist role, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in training & development, compensation & benefits, benefits administration, and payroll.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems for a variety of HR functions.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
