We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent International Tax Senior Manager to join our expanding remote team. As an integral part of our firm, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating international tax compliance and consulting projects for our multinational clients. - Oversee the preparation and review of international tax forms such as 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 1118, and 8900-series.
- Provide expert advice on international tax matters including E&P, GILTI, subpart F, and foreign tax credit.
- Manage and coordinate international tax compliance and consulting projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
- Identify and implement tax planning opportunities to minimize tax liabilities and risks.
- Research and analyze tax laws and regulations in various jurisdictions and provide updates to the team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that arise.
- Provide training and mentoring to junior staff members.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or certification such as CPA or MST is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax with a focus on compliance and consulting.
- In-depth knowledge of international tax forms such as 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 1118, and 8900-series.
- Strong understanding of international tax concepts including E&P, GILTI, subpart F, and foreign tax credit.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals.
- Proficiency in tax software and technology.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while also collaborating effectively with a diverse team.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of international tax laws and regulations.
