The Husband And Wife Law Team is a personal injury law firm helping clients who have been hurt by someone else’s fault. We recently were appointed Great Place to Work and are looking to add another person to our team.

This is an onsite (in-office) full time position where you will assist paralegals and over time be trained to be a paralegal in our office.

This position helps with:

1. Reviewing records and writing demand letters to insurance companies

2. Sending letters to insurance companies

3. Conducting asset checks and background checks

4. Helping to request itemizations from different providers/companies

5. Checking liens for individual clients

6. Helping paralegals with mail and attachments

7. Other assistant tasks to help paralegals

We offer many different training sessions to learn about how to help support paralegals and how to be a paralegal. We are looking for an individual who wants to be part of the legal field and ultimately be a paralegal.

What We Are Looking For In An Individual That Wants To Become A Paralegal:

1. Admin/ Clerical experience

2. A positive team worker

3. Detail oriented

4. Multitasker

5. Ability to adapt to changes

6. Maintain regular attendance

7. Ability to work with little supervision and priority tasks; and

8. An individual who works well with others
