Salary $145,000 - $235,000 per year
A Bit About UsThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Onboard and enable a team of new ‘Managed Services regional champions’ to lead Managed Services sales at the regional level, helping them develop and attain their sales goals
Meet (and exceed) a team goal
Build out and maintain sales collateral to enable regional champions to succeed
Support regional leads in building out a coordinated, global education campaign on Managed Services
Work with the Consulting & Analytics team to continuously refine the operating model and use cases
Connect findings back into the broader Consulting & Analytics organizations
Measure the impact of sales performance and client growth objectives, engagement results, and client satisfaction, connecting them back to the operating model and sales priorities

To help our clients tap into that opportunity, Our Client offers Managed Services, where we embed team members into clients to support them in launching, growing, and managing their commercial payments businesses.
Managed Services act as a true extension of Clients’ teams bringing together expertise, capabilities, resources, and scale to enhance performance and increase profitability. The Managed Services Global Lead will lead a global team of champions to develop our Managed Services offering with clients across the globe, working closely with our Consulting & Analytics function as well as client executives. This role will report to the Global Head of Commercial Strategy.
Basic Qualifications
  • 10 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
  • 12 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or 8-10 years of experience with an advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Experience in sales management, practice management, or business development in a consulting / managed services organization
  • Prior commercial payments or commercial banking knowledge preferred but not required
  • Experienced leadership skills in managing a team, preferably a global team
  • Understanding of managed services businesses and how to deliver and measure results
  • Enterprise B2B selling experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to comfortably lead and control conversations with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Strong value-based selling skills founded on business acumen and the ability to translate benefits into the partner’s business language to prove value
  • A confident, positive, energetic, professional, and collaborative attitude
  • Superior interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Self-motivation with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on efficiency and organization
  • Commitment to continuous training and improvement of employees throughout the Commercial Solutions function
