Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements.
- Apply working knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing process.
- Create processes and procedures to help the company meet budgetary goals as well as performance quotas.
- Develop and implement process improvements and technological upgrades.
- Assure product and process quality by performing root cause analysis, then testing finished products and process capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering role.
- Proven experience with process improvement and root cause analysis.
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
