Job Details
Responsibilities:
Develop technical drawings, CNC programs, and manufacturing processes for custom metal products.
Review and optimize customers’ designs for manufacturability.
Design and procure tooling and fixtures.
Interact with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing personnel to ensure efficient production.
Analyze and improve current production methods for cost efficiency and quality.
Qualities/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Experience with machining, laser cutting, forming, punching, and welding.
Proficiency in SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of ISO/AS9100 standards.
