Salary $170,000 - $190,000 per year

- $170k-$190k base plus BONUS

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Strategy Develop and execute sales objectives and strategies for territories, forecasting sales and profit goals.
- Lead the Team Manage, coach, and support account managers to exceed revenue targets and foster new business development.
- Monitor Performance Track and enhance the national sales team’s performance with key metrics and continuous improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with Leadership Partner with the VP of National Sales to create effective prospecting strategies and execute annual sales meetings.
- Optimize Operations Oversee territory design, approve key operational aspects, and manage sales incentive programs.
- Experience 10 years in direct sales, preferably in automotive lubricants, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Leadership Demonstrated success in leading and coaching sales teams.
- Skills Strong understanding of sales metrics, CRM software, and MS Excel.
- Attributes Excellent analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for market trends.
