We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at the Birth Center. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Birth Center, ensuring that all patients receive the highest quality of care. We are offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the Birth Center, including staffing, scheduling, and budget management
• Ensure that all patients receive the highest quality of care and that all staff members are providing care in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that all patients receive comprehensive care
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, promoting a positive work environment and fostering professional growth and development
• Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff members
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• MSN or BSN degree from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in the state of employment
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing
• Experience in budget management and performance improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of Birth Center operations and best practices
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and promoting a positive work environment
