We are seeking a dynamic and highly-motivated Permanent Operations Manager to join our growing team in the medical industry. ResponsibilitiesAs a Permanent Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to
- Overseeing the daily operations of our allergy and asthma clinics, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance patient care and service delivery.
- Working collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Managing and coordinating the work of our healthcare professionals, ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to deliver high-quality care.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Managing the budget and financial operations of the clinics, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
- Leading and managing change within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry, preferably in allergy and asthma care.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be a definite advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and other stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of healthcare operations, including clinical processes, regulatory compliance, and financial management.
- A strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- A passion for healthcare and a commitment to improving patient care and outcomes.
