- Assist attorneys in the preparation, filing, and management of various legal documents such as contracts, wills, trusts, and business agreements.
- Conduct extensive legal research and analysis on various topics related to contract law, estate planning, and business transactions.
- Organize and maintain files, databases, and records for easy retrieval and reference.
- Facilitate the smooth running of day-to-day operations by scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and handling correspondence on behalf of the attorneys.
- Liaise with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stay updated on the latest legal trends and developments to provide accurate and relevant advice to attorneys and clients.
- Ensure the firm's compliance with all legal regulations and standards.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in the legal industry.
- A Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in contract law, estate planning, and business transactions.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using legal research software and other computer applications such as MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
