Job Details
Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, monitor, and maintain manufacturing processes and work instructions to meet organization objectives.
• Utilize your expertise in SMT, IPC, FMEA, and AutoCAD to improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
• Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Identify, analyze, and diagnose quality problems and deficiencies in the manufacturing process, devise solutions, and oversee the implementation of those solutions.
• Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of the production process.
• Provide technical expertise and training to other team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost reductions.
• Ensure all safety and compliance measures are met within the process design and execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a process engineering role.
• Proven experience with SMT, IPC, FMEA, and AutoCAD.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to design and optimize production processes.
• Strong knowledge of process related standards.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and numerical skills.
• Strong team working skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record in managing, developing, and coaching individuals to achieve objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and execute projects within set timelines.
