Responsibilities:
1. Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities for the software products.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs, translating them into product requirements.
3. Prioritize product backlog items based on business and customer impact and ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior-prepared tasks to work on.
4. Lead the planning of product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
5. Monitor product performance and set quality standards.
6. Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
8. Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories.
9. Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and meet the desired quality standards.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience of 3 years as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
3. Experience with Agile frameworks and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
4. In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
5. Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Creative thinker with a vision.
9. Attention to details.
10. A Certified Product Owner (CPO) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is a plus.
