Salary $110,000 - $130,000 per year
A Bit About UsMy client is a leading manufacturing company, focused on projects for the Aerospace & Defense industry. As they grow, they are looking to add a Program Manager to their team. A successful Program Manager will have intimate knowledge of the process and lead process improvement efforts using both lean and quality tools. In addition, this position will be responsible for supporting the transition of new processes and products into the existing production line when necessary. This is a dynamic position which requires most of your time spent interacting with the customer, product, operators and management to achieve the production and schedule goals of the customer.

- Continuous Process Improvement (including Lean Manufacturing Concepts)
- Define Critical Mechanical Inputs
- Develop, execute, and analyze DOEs
- Ensure Productive Maintenance is completed per defined procedures
- Responsible for Overseeing Defect Analysis (directing Technicians) and directing response and/or corrective actions in the work center for MRT’s
- Process Training (including training operators for all process related ATI & DOI changes) and standardization of all operations
- Must develop teams and lead/participate in said teams to accomplish process improvements
