We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Program Planner to join our client's team. This role is pivotal in driving our client's customer-focused initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of technical drawings, bill of materials, project management, procurement, and customer support.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

1. Lead and manage customer-focused projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

2. Liaise closely with our engineering and procurement teams to develop and maintain the bill of materials for each project.

3. Interpret technical drawings, providing insights and guidance to both internal teams and customers.

4. Manage the procurement process, ensuring all materials and services are acquired at the best possible price while maintaining quality standards.

5. Provide exceptional customer support, acting as the primary point of contact for all customer queries and concerns.

6. Regularly update and communicate project status to stakeholders, including customers, team members, and senior management.

7. Identify potential risks and issues in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.

8. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and expectations, translating these into actionable project plans.

9. Continuously review and improve processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

3. Proven experience in project management, procurement, and customer support.

4. Solid understanding of technical drawings and bill of materials.

5. Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization.

8. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

9. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

10. PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
