Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Controls Engineer Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced control systems for various projects. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement advanced control systems for various projects.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and clients, to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and progress reports.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in control systems design and project management.
Strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
PMP certification is a plus.
