Title Project Electrical Engineer
Location **This work can be performed out of either our San Antonio, TX or Price, UT locations.**

- Design physical layouts, grounding systems, and high voltage/medium voltage (HV/MV) systems tailored to client specifications.
- Develop schematic diagrams and protection and control (P&C) systems to enhance substation efficiency.
- Create raceway/cable schedules and manage MV switchgear/E-house designs.
- Work closely with civil and structural teams to ensure compliance and integrity of designs.
- Utilize modeling software for system studies and calculations, including short-circuit, load flow, and grounding analyses.
- Perform AC station service and DC battery sizing calculations to ensure proper substation operation.
- Implement lightning protection strategies to secure substation infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 4 years of consulting experience in power engineering, focusing on substation design ranging from 12.47 kV to 345 kV.
- In-depth understanding of substation design and electrical distribution systems.
- Familiarity with ETAP software is advantageous.
- Proficiency in BlueBeam, Visual, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
