Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of HVAC projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed technical specifications and electrical diagrams.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Use strategic planning to ensure that all projects align with the company's overall business goals.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven work experience of 5 years as a Project Manager in the HVAC industry.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in HVAC systems.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical specifications and electrical diagrams.
- Proven ability to manage large and diverse teams.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to align projects with business goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
