We are on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking organization that values innovation, creativity, and hard work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in the industry, with a focus on plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and time objectives.
- Coordinating and supervising a team of contractors, subcontractors, and staff, promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and excellence.
- Managing all aspects of plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems within the projects.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with local and national building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Preparing and managing project budgets, schedules, and other administrative tasks.
- Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Identifying, assessing, and managing potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
- Facilitating problem-solving and decision-making, ensuring any issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Continually seeking ways to improve project management processes and outcomes, contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the company.
- A minimum of three years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- A proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong knowledge of local and national building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
