Job Details:
We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our thriving team. This is a permanent role that offers an exciting opportunity to drive significant impact within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, employing Six Sigma methodologies, and understanding supply chain processes, with a particular focus on manufacturing supply chain inspection and food manufacturing. With your excellent leadership skills and your keen eye for detail, you will play a critical role in our organization's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Implement and oversee Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.
3. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
4. Develop detailed project plans to track progress and adjust as needed.
5. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
6. Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and ensure clear and timely communication.
7. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
8. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
9. Understand, manage, and optimize supply chain processes, focusing on manufacturing supply chain inspection and food manufacturing.
10. Lead and direct cross-functional teams to deliver projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost.
11. Continuously improve project management toolkits and methodologies used within the organization.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the Finance industry.
3. Certification in Six Sigma and a solid understanding of its methodologies.
4. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, particularly in manufacturing supply chain inspection and food manufacturing.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
6. Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
7. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
8. Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
9. Proficient in project management software tools.
10. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
11. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
