Job Title: Project Manager
The Project Manager will plan and oversee the building process of architectural millwork construction projects from start to finish. This role involves coordination and monitoring of project progress to ensure customer expectations are met and projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.

• Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with general contractors, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Reviewing and approving shop drawings prior to client review and updating them based on feedback.
• Obtaining accurate field measurements; negotiating and managing subcontractors; ensuring proper documentation, submission, and approval of change orders. Working with the accounting department to process billings.
• Serving as the primary point of contact between customers/stakeholders.
• Performing jobsite visits and attending progress meetings.
• Determining and managing needed resources from start to finish with attention to budgets.
• Planning all construction operations and scheduling phases to meet project deadlines.
• Supervising the work of installers and providing guidance.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
• Monitoring and evaluating project profitability relative to budget; and completing the punch out process to successfully close each project.

Hard Skills

• 4 years of construction project management experience
• Experience with custom millwork, casework, and cabinetry projects
• Ability to analyze job requirements, define project scope, and develop project timelines for submittals, fabrication, and installation

Soft Skills

• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple jobs in various stages of construction
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Work Environment
Offers a hybrid work schedule after 60 days of employment and a flexible schedule with required project site visits
