Job Details

  • Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures to comply with SQF requirements.
  • Monitor, review, and analyze product quality issues, audit findings, non-conformance items, customer feedback, and regulatory changes to enhance SQF programs.
  • Conduct and oversee training on SQF and food safety topics for personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to HACCP, GMPs, Standard Operating Procedures, and all Quality Programs.
  • Coordinate and support corrective actions, tracking and reviewing progress with leaders to ensure timely and complete resolutions.
  • Verify the accuracy of quality assurance paperwork and modify forms to improve QA workflow and document control transparency.
  • Communicate with internal departments about product quality or food safety record-keeping issues.
  • Stay current with food safety requirements, consumer protection, public health regulations, and industry best practices to maintain compliance.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for certificates and customer site-audits, including Organic, SQF, RSPO, and FDA audits.
  • Support quality activities to ensure compliance with GMP practices.
  • Manage SQF recognition program and pest control program compliance.
  • Conduct in-house audits and training classes as needed.
  • Assist the Director of Quality Assurance with special projects and high-priority objectives.
  • Uphold and practice Company Values to achieve personal and business success with a shared purpose.

Qualifications :

Experience in food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
