You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations. Job DetailsResponsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure that all products meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Perform regular inspections and audits, identifying any areas of non-compliance or potential quality issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop solutions to identified quality issues.
  • Compile and analyze quality control data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations, including AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction).
  • Provide training and support to team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Participate in project planning and review meetings, providing input on quality control considerations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure their products meet our quality standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues related to quality, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering,.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a quality engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies, including AISC standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
  • Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving the highest standards of quality.
  • Professional certification in quality control or a related field would be an advantage.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to identify potential quality issues before they become problems.
