We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to join a reputable organization in the finance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our financial products and services meet the highest quality standards. This role will require you to use your expertise in quality assurance, process improvement, and problem-solving to drive quality initiatives across the organization. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our financial products and services.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures.
2. Perform audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established quality assurance processes and standards for financial services.
3. Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met and that solutions work as expected.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues.
5. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions on quality control activities.
6. Track, analyze, and report on quality metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
7. Participate in the review of financial products to ensure that they meet specified requirements.
8. Continuously drive quality improvement efforts within the organization and with suppliers.
9. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and advancements in quality assurance.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the finance industry.
3. Proven experience in developing and implementing quality assurance strategies and plans.
4. Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in using statistical analysis software.
8. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) will be an added advantage.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
10. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
11. Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the finance industry.
