What you will be doing
- Adolescent residential setting for at-risk youth
- Providing on-going nursing care to adolescents
- Oversee the Medication Administration Program
- Assess and develop plans of care
- Ensuring adherence to DPH, DMH, and DCF regulations
- Train and supervise MAP staff
- Active RN license
- 3 years of experience as a RN required
- MAP certified preferred, but not required
- Adolescent experience or psych experience highly preferred
